Recycling-oriented Raw Material Selection and Manufacturing Process

ECOMACO aims for a sustainable and recyclable society in the twenty-first century and this is reflected in our careful selection of raw materials and our production process.
The raw materials used include corn starch, soybean, bamboo and kenaf. Products are manufactured with fiber generated from polylactic acid made from the fermentation/lactation of these corn and other starches.
When the product has reached the end of its usefulness, there is no need to incinerate it. Burying it in the soil will result in natural biodegradation. Even if the product is incinerated, no toxic gases will be released and there will be no affect on the global environment.
Furthermore, CO2 is absorbed in the process of growing raw materials such as corn, which will help to prevent global warming. Polylactic acid fiber is a futuristic fiber that is earth-friendly and can repeat the cycle of nature.
